I try not to list sites that would get a 3/5 because in my opinion they are just not worth going to but if a site is low quality with one very high quality area I will list it here stating the area of worth and the ones to look out for.
a 5/5 site with everything a 3D artist could ever want such as textures, tutorials and many files.
another 5/5 site with many awsome tutorials, meshes, and images.
Excellent forum with friendly people but its short on memebers so please join and contribute. Dont be frightened off by the fact that theres not many people there because it will grow!
